YEAH WHATEVER, I TOTALLY PLAYED THE FRENCH HORN
Because when it came to my grammar school’s “bring your kid to pick a band instrument night” my parents totally. would. not. let me play drums.
So, my interest in the French Horn came next because it was the really weird thing none of the other kids had any interest in.
Anyway, it’s been years but if anyone’s going on a fox hunt soon, let me know, and I could probably pull together a jaunty tune for your slaughter.
FYI, this is totally how I ended up playing tuba for 6 years through junior high + high school. I still want to play drums.
